1. Normally, the provisions governing disciplinary action for misconduct are contained in the industrial instrument under which staff are employed.
2. Where employment is governed by the University's Enterprise Agreement (EA), the process to be followed is documented in clauses 281 – 311 of the EA.
3. Where employment is not governed by the EA, the procedures under the relevant agreement or individual contract will apply.
