How to Join the Alumni

Who is eligible to join SCU Alumni?

Congratulations! As a graduate from Southern Cross University or its predecessor institutions, you are a valuable member of our alumni community and receive a host of associated benefits. We hope that you will utilise the opportunities available to build networks with fellow alumni, and stay connected with the university

We value and encourage the participation of many people in the life of Southern Cross University and through SCU Alumni, offer an Associate Membership.

Associate Membership is available to:

  • current or former staff
  • current students
  • members of Southern Cross University boards and advisory committees
  • people who have studied at or in association with Southern Cross University but who don't have an SCU award
  • SCU Honorary Doctor of the University Award recipients
  • friends of Southern Cross University, which includes people who assist in the achievement of the University's vision as donors and volunteers.
