Tailored programs

The Southern Cross Business School offers a range of customised management, leadership and professional development solutions designed to meet your organisation's goals and give an immediate return on investment. We partner with your organisation to design a customised program that is aligned with your corporate strategic plan and develops the skills of your organisation's current and future leaders.

To achieve this, our team of industry experienced academics and consultants will work with you to identify your organisation's objectives and specific requirements and undertake a thorough needs analysis, which we will use as a base on which to build the program.

Program duration

Delivery options

We can deliver programs at your workplace or at the Southern Cross University Gold Coast campus. The Gold Coast campus has modern facilities and is ideally located at the southern end of the Gold Coast in close proximity to Coolangatta airport. There are many affordable accommodation options, all within walking distance of the campus.
