What DOESN'T the Screenrights licence include?

The licence does not include reproduction of commercially purchased or hired videotapes, records, CDs, Videodisks or any other recorded material. Note that these materials CAN be used in class, provided it is for the educational purposes of the institution and the audience is limited to those formally taking part in instruction. In such circumstances, use of commercially produced recordings is not considered a 'public performance'.
