Unit Description

Examines managing in organisations, particularly tourism and hospitality organisations, through the application of management concepts and competencies. The unit is designed around a conceptual model and includes case study analysis and real-life circumstances to develop skill in evaluating for intended management outcomes. Students require access to a computer and the Internet as this unit has on-line resources and optional virtual classrooms.
