Builds on the units CMM03254 - Introduction to Lifestyle Medicine, CMM03256 - Motivation and Compliance in Lifestyle Medicine and CMM03257 - Psychological and Environmental Influences in Lifestyle Medicine and the key skills of evidence-based research and reflective practice to incorporate the approaches of lifestyle medicine within students’ professional practice.
