Course Structure

The Honours course comprises a Major Study, two Minor Studies and a Research Seminar.

ENV40006 - Environmental Science Honours I*
ENV40007 - Environmental Science Honours II*
ENV40008 - Environmental Science Honours III*
ENV40009 - Environmental Science Honours IV*

* Double-weighted unit.

The Major Study is to be taken in the area of Marine Science and Management.

The Minor Study may be taken from:

  1. the area of the Major Study; and
  2. in a topic other than the one selected for the Major Study, subject to specific topics being approved by the Head, School of Environment, Science and Engineering.

With the approval of the Head, School of Environment, Science and Engineering, the Minor Study may be substituted by prescribed coursework and examination.
