Getting Started: Need More Help?

Do you need more help with self managing your record? This site explains the processes and provides some additional resources.

Trouble with system access or passwords? Don’t panic, the IT Service Desk is available to help you with all your system access issues.

Your Course Enrolment Guide contains a lot of useful information about your studies. Make sure you download a copy. Many of your questions will be answered in this booklet.

SCU have many support services available (like Careers Officers, Disabilty Services and Counsellors), make sure you visit the Student Support Site for all the details.

A student mentor could make a real difference to you. The mentoring program connects students who are undertaking their first study session at Southern Cross University with other students who are further along in the same course or discipline.

The First Year @ SCU Website can help any student, you don’t have to be new (or even in your first year) to find all sorts of assistance here.
