Getting Started at SCU
Your Getting Started Guide is included with your letter from SCU. It outlines the steps you need to follow in order to complete your enrolment and other requirements.
Course Enrolment Guides
It’s essential that to know what course structure is and what units are available to enrol in. SCU has Course Enrolment Guides to help with this process.
My Enrolment
My Enrolment is your secure access point to your enrolment details. You will need a valid login to access My Enrolment. This login is separate to the login for MySCU and webmail.
My Enrolment is where you complete your enrolment requirements, check your enrolment status, update your contact details, check your results and attend to any administrative matters relating to your enrolment at SCU.

Help with My Enrolment
MySCU
MySCU is your personalised portal where you can access a information about support services, facilities, My Enrolment, webmail, and any online learning materials which are available for the units in which you are enrolled.
Your units will appear as links on MySCU once your enrolment requirements have been completed. If your units are still not showing, you should contact Student Services.

Passwords
SCU students have two different system logins:
- My Enrolment
This is the system used in the steps above. You will access this system regularly to self-manage your studies; for example in each study period you will get your final grades here. It is your online student record. Take some time to get familiar with all the menu options.
If you can’t login to MyEnrolment, but can login to MySCU, log a call with the Online Service Desk.
Online Service Desk
- MySCU and SCU Webmail
Your username and password for these two systems are the same. They can be found by selecting MySCU Details from within MyEnrolment. Go there now and find them. You will use MySCU and SCU Webmail almost every day.
If you can’t login to either MyEnrolment or MySCU, you will need to contact the Service Desk by email, or phone during business hours.

Student ID Number
Your Student Number is included in your offer from SCU. You will need to quote this number if you make any enquiries or need assistance. If you have lost your Student Number, you should contact the TS Service Desk.
