Successfully Navigating The Audit Culture – Seminar 2
8:45am, 12 June 2012 to 12:00pm, 12 June 2012

Successfully Navigating The Audit Culture 'Turning Red Tape into Green Lights' Seminar 2: 'Creating space for collaboration in the audit culture'

Community organisations are under more and more pressure. Doing more with less resources. Over the top reporting requirements. Excessive risk assessment protocols. Administrative red tape tying practitioners’ hands.

There has to be a better way. This Seminar Series, hosted by the School of Arts and Social Sciences and the SCU Community Reference Group, is about helping practitioners and organisations negotiate the audit culture to achieve client-centred results and high quality practice. These free events will be held at SCU’s new Gold Coast Campus, located next to Gold Coast Airport.

Seminar 2: 'Creating space for collaboration in the audit culture' Examines how to work collaboratively and creatively within an audit culture and a competitive community services sector. Focuses on developing relationships between organisations and practitioners based on mutuality and trust.

Location: Theatre A220, SCU Gold Coast campus, Southern Cross Drive, Bilinga
