Methods of payment
Payments to the University can be made using the following methods:
- By post
- At cashier locations
- Payments directly to a University School or Centre
- Pay by phone

By post
Payments by cheque or money order may be posted to:

At cashier locations
Payments by cash, cheque, money order, eftpos, Mastercard or Visa are accepted at the following cashier locations:
- Lismore Campus: Summerland Credit Union Ltd, Goodman Plaza.
- Coffs Harbour Campus: University Administration M Block.
- Gold Coast and Tweed Heads Campus:
- (Riverside) Reception, Brett Street, Tweed Heads.
- (Beachside) Co-Op Book Shop, Southern Cross Drive, Bilinga.
Cashiering Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
NOTE: Tweed Campuses are AEST not daylight saving time.
Payments directly to a University School or Centre
Only cheque, money order and credit card payments can be accepted by a University School or Centre. A receipt will be returned to the School or Centre after the payment has been processed by the Campus Cashier.Cash payments must be referred to the Campus Cashier.
Pay by phone
- Phone: 1300 300 774 - available 24 hrs 7 days a week.
- Credit cards accepted: Mastercard/Diners/Visa/Amex.
The following types of payments are accepted by phone:
- Student enrolment fees;
- Residential accommodation;
- Student loan repayments;
- Field trips;
- Library replacement fines;
- Trade debtor invoices.
An invoice number must be quoted to make a payment.
Postbill pay
Payments can be made using Postbill at any Post Office during trading hours. A bar-coded invoice is required and payment by cash, Eftpos, Cheque, Savings Accounts, Mastercard and Visa are accepted.
