FLDS support the BlackBoard learning environment in the following ways:
We create template based, and customised BlackBoard sites for teaching and staff colloboration environments.
We produce, optimise, and upload scheduled unit course materials to the relevant BlackBoard site.
We inform BBhelp of the access required for lecturer, tutors, and staff members to BlackBoard units.
When submitting your Scheduled Unit Submission form you have the option to accept the default BlackBoard site setup outlined within the form, or you can communicate if you would like further development.
If you wish to develop your BlackBoard site further than the default we are here to help you out. The following extensions to your usual setup are available to you.
Whilst we provide the access, design, content, and are happy to answers your relevant questions, the SCU BlackBoard Help Team are the people to talk to for BlackBoard training and troubleshooting issues beyond our services.
You can contact BlackBoard Help by emailing bbhelp@scu.edu.au. For information and guides about BlackBoard tools and features, as well as information on the next version, please access Blackboard's Support Site which is located in the Control Panel of every site or from Quick Links in your staff portal. Or you can go there directly by clicking on this link http://staff.scu.edu.au/online/bbsupport/.
