Policy statement
This policy represents the considered policy of Academic Board on all academic matters relating to students and courses.
Policy description
Objectives
To consolidate and clarify Academic Board policy on academic matters relating to students and courses.
Content and implementation
Academic Board is to commission a review and report on the implementationand efficacy of the Academic Policy at least once each five (5) years. AcademicBoard may request that this review be performed by the Office of Planning,Quality and Review or may commission another independent person or bodyto perform the review. Such a review may also be commissioned as part of abroader review of Academic Board and its functions.
Scope
Unless otherwise stated within, this Policy applies to all Southern Cross University courses and units offered by the University and its partners and all students of the University.
