General TrainingInformation about general staff training sessions Administrative SystemsAdministrative Systems covers an array of systems such as the Student System, E-Trans, Finance One and Website. Due to the different levels of training often required, training in these areas can be requested in the following ways: Student System: One-on-one training sessions for Student One can be requested by contacting the Client Support Officer by logging a call with the TS Service Desk. E-Trans: There are a number of very useful self-help guides and training manuals online, which can be found here. Web ServicesTraining for the SCU Website Management System (WebSys) is arranged as part of the site development process, and is completed with specified staff prior to site hand-over. Ongoing support is provided as required during this process.
