How to change your password

There are 3 main accounts that all SCU Students and Staff have access to. It is important that you change your passwords to these services regularly.

1. Webmail or Staffmail

Your most important account is your MySCU email account. This account controls your Email and MySCU access.

Link Go to the Change Password page.

  1. Type your current password into the Old Password field
  2. Choose a new password and type it into the New Password field
  3. Confirm your password by typing it again into the Confirm New Password field
  4. Click Change Password

2. My Enrolment

Your MyEnrolment account password can be changed within MyEnrolment itself.

  1. Login to MyEnrolment [www.scu.edu.au/myenrolment]
  2. Click on Change Password at the top right of the page.
  3. Type your current password into the Old Password field.
  4. Choose a new password and type it into the New Password field.
  5. Confirm your password by typing it again into the Confirm New Password field.
  6. Click Save Changes

3. AD Workstation (On Campus Windows computers only)

When working on a Windows computer on campus, you will also need to regularly change your AD password.

  1. Login to a PC
  2. When the computer has logged in, hold the Ctrl-Alt-Del keys.
  3. The Windows screen will appear.

  4. Click on the Change Password button.
  5. Type your current password into the Old Password field.
  6. Choose a new password and type it into the New Password field.

  7. Confirm your password by typing it again into the Confirm New Password field.
  8. Click OK
  9. You will receive a confirmation message.

Please note that this password is also used for your wireless@scu access.
