Setup your email on iOS (iPhone, iPad)

The following step by step process will setup your email account on an iOS device.

Step 1: Go to Settings on your iOS device

Step 2: Tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars

Step 3: Tap on Add Account…

Step 4: Tap on Microsoft Exchange

Step 5: On the next screen, fill out the fields as follows:

Email: Enter your full email address (e.g. j.citizen.10@student.scu.edu.au)
Domain: Leave blank
Username: Enter your full email address again (e.g. j.citizen.10@student.scu.edu.au)
Password: Your email password (now the same as your computer login/wireless password)
Tap the Next button
Note: Description will fill out automatically

Step 6: All the fields should get a tick!

Step 7: Review the features that will sync to your phone

It's OK to leave them all on at first as they will not replace/delete features already on your phone. You can come back and activate or deactivate them at ant time. Tap Save.

Congratulations!

Your device is now configured for email. You can access your email via the regular Mail application. Please note that the first sync does take a second, so be patient.
