Calendars

You can create two types of entries in your calendar:
- Appointments are activities that you schedule in your calendar that do not involve inviting other people or reserving resources.By designating each appointment as busy, free, tentative, or out of office, other people will know your availability.
- Meetings are appointments that include other people and can include resources (such as rooms). Attendees will accept your meeting request that will then add that meeting to their calendar.
