Southern Cross University's File and Print Services enable the delivery and management of various network resources throughout its campuses including Printing, Network File Storage and Workstation access.

Service description

Large Tick Provisioning and administration of data storage and printing services for staff and students.

Large Tick Security and account management.

Large Tick Resource allocation in accordance with disk storage policy.

  • 24x7 with the exception of scheduled outages and system failures.
  • Support 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Maintenance outages

Scheduled before 7am and after 8pm where possible to minimise disruption.
