Staff members only: I use an ISP and when I send an email the email comes back to me, why?If you have set up your e-mail with Southern Cross University settings, your setting will not work using a private ISP. To rectify this you will need to set the SMTP server setting to that of the ISP. You may need to contact your ISP for assistance. Is there a limit to the amount of email I can store on the SCU server?Every student is provided with 50MB (Staff: 100MB) of mailbox storage space. Your mailbox holds your incoming and undeleted mail on the mail server. If this quota is exceeded, you will not be able to recieve any email and must delete your unwanted messages.
