OverviewThe Administrative Systems Group provides a range of services related to business systems and processes at SCU. These applications include: Support services for these applications take in product evaluation and selection, configuration, testing, implementation, training, problem resolution, upgrades and vendor liaison. Service description Configuration of applications for SCU use;
Management of application vendor relationships and maintenance and support contracts.
Installation of vendor patches and new releases;
Coordination of application development;
System enhancements, integration and sub-system development.
Security of application data.
