Costs

Studio Charges (per hour ex GST)

  • $0 - Internal Staff (excluding commercial gain or non-SCU activities)
  • $0 - Other Educational Institution (However - after hours staff charges apply as below)
  • $150 - Commercial Entity

Staff Charges (ex GST)**

  • After 5pm - $60 per hour
  • Saturdays - $60 per hour
  • Sundays - $300 (minimum 4 hour callout)

Payment Terms

Nett 30 days

Cancellations

  • Less than 24 hours notice: 100% of room hire costs
  • 24 to 48 hours notice: 50% of room hire costs
  • No charge will apply to cancellations with more than 48 hours notice.




* Lines charges apply only if SCU initiates the video conference call. A final per hour line charge will be calculated after the video-conference.

** Staff charges are only applicable outside of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Please note for Saturday & Sunday an additional hour of staff charges will be applied to allow for setup time.
