Library Events
The primary purpose of events in the Library is to enrich the intellectual, educational, and cultural life of the SCU community. Events held in the Library provide the opportunity for SCU students and staff and the local community to come together to share a diversity of ideas, values, and artistic expressions.

The Collaborative Dance of Ideas - Artists' Book Exhibition
2 - 27 April 2012, Library Exhibition Space - Lismore Campus
This is an exhibition of artists' books where collaboration of creative practices is paramount. Collaboration has enabled the birth of connective thoughts. Like a conversation between artists and poets and musicians. A dance of ideas. An expression of mutual thought.
The works on display all come from the Artists' Books Collection stored in the Southern Cross Univery Library. The collection is stored in preservation conditions.
The Library is currently involved in a project to place digital images of the artists' books with links through the catalogue.
For more information on the Artists' Book Collection please contact Anne Bannerman on 02 66203998.
