Interstices - Recent works by Chrissy Hunstman

Chrissy has completed two units of the SASS Photographic program and has also spent an extra elective unit developing her work in the dark room. Chrissy produces images that cross between digital and the dark room. She has produced a wide selection of abstract black and white prints that have some figurative elements. The work Chrissy has been exploring also have a sculptural element as she at times pierces and manually manipulates white works to produce extra layers and dimensions to the images.

Interstices are small spaces that intervene between things in space or time and it is in the interstices where interesting things are found.Photograph: between fiction and reality
