Link to online articles and ebooks from BlackBoard
It is possible for you to create links directly from your BlackBoard / MySCU pages to fulltext journal articles and ebooks in our Library databases.
Unfortunately, each database does things slightly differently! When you have found the fulltext of the ebook or article you want, create a link by following the instructions below for the appropriate database. You can also download our illustrated instructions.
- Link using DOIs - Cochrane Library, Emerald, SAGE Journals Online, ScienceDirect, Springerlink, Taylor and Francis Online, and Wiley Online Library
- EBL (ebooks)
- ebrary (ebooks)
- EBSCO
- Emerald
- Expanded Academic ASAP
- Factiva
- Informit
- JSTOR
- ProQuest
- Safari Tech Books Online (ebooks)
- SAGE
- ScienceDirect
- SpringerLink
- Wiley
In order for students to be able to access the articles and ebooks from off campus, the persistent link (URL) must include ezproxy.scu.edu.au, and must not contain a Session ID number.
