Southern Cross University has a number of surveys to find out what our students and graduates say about us. The results of these surveys help the University to know what is important to students, what the University does well, and what needs improvement.

We are grateful to all students who take the time to respond to these surveys.

Below are provided summary reports of each of the surveys, as well as information about what is done with the feedback students have given us.

There are three major student surveys conducted at the University each year :

• First Year Experience Survey
• Student Feedback on Learning and Teaching
• Graduate Destination Survey and Course Experience Questionnaire

There are also surveys of students that are conducted within specialized or service areas of the University :

• International Office Surveys
• Library Client Satisfaction Survey (2008)
• Library Feedback Notice Board (ongoing)
