The primary aim in the design of this report was the assembly of performance indicators which reflect various aspects of course performance, from demand and enrolment through to retention, graduation and employment.

It is envisaged the report will be used as part of the strategic planning cycle, enabling the evaluation of performance whilst planning for improvement. The data can be incorporated into course and school reviews, and also used for regular course monitoring by course co-ordinators and heads of schools. Reports are updated on a quarterly basis, and users notified of updates via email.

Individual Course Performance Reports previously produced by PQR are now available from the Management Information System (MIS).

Access to Individual Course Performance Reports is available to staff members with appropriate authorisation.
