Southern Cross Plant Science hosts a number of key databases on wheat and barley microsatellite markers developed as part of the National Wheat and Barley molecular marker programs. Access to the wheat database is not restricted, whilst the barley database is currently through password access. The Centre also hosts the Australian Plant DNA Bank database as well as a major grape EST database where access may be applied for.
