Barry has been employed by the Centre as its Finance Officer since January 2005.

He has been engaged in various financial roles with local well known institutions for the past 30 years.

Initially this included employment with NORCO Co-operative Limited for a period of 5 years in accounts payable and then marketing.

Following this he then commenced a long association in the local government arena when employed as an assistant rates clerk and then paymaster over a 7 year period with Lismore City Council.

In 1988 he moved to the local water authority, Rous Water taking on a general administration role which encompassed a number of accounting and administration functions. In 1994 he was offered the newly created role of Financial Manager for this organisation, a position which he held until his resignation in January 2005.
