Author of Disability, Diversability & Legal Change; Administrative Law.

Senior Lecturer, Co-Director of Teaching, Faculty of Law, University of NSW, Sydney, Editor-in-Chief Australian Journal of Human Rights.

Current projects include: Research on various issues relating to racial and other hatred - including constitutional protection of freedom of speech, law and anti-semitism, post-modern/feminist responses to the hate speech dilemma; research on human rights education; research on various other issues of human rights as they arise - such the relationship between freedom of religion, secular law and religious law in the context of Jewish divorce.
