Registering your publications

For ALL publication submissions, remember these 3 key steps:

Publications Process 1. Complete online Submission Form 2. Submit to HoS/Research Director 3. Submit to DoR by 30 April 2012

(n.b. Updated forms are under development. Until these are available, please add the correct publication year and disregard the reference to 'Received by DoR by 30 April 2012'.)

Complete publication data fields, select FoR & SEO codes and tick relevant boxes on form.

Obtain the required verification materials that are specified on the form.

Click the 'Submit' button on the submission form and email the form to your Head of School or Research Director.

Be sure to attach any required verification material.

Be sure to copy your email to research.publications@scu.edu.au

n.b. Please use Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 10 (or later).

The Head of School or Research Director verifies the submission form and attached verification material.

Clicking the 2nd 'Submit' button emails their approval to the DoR.

Submissions must be received by DoR by 30 April 2013.

Who

The first-named SCU author is responsible for submitting the publication to the DoR.

Why?

All submissions must be signed off by the relevant Head of School or Research Director. SCU is required to retain verification material for auditing purposes.

Why?

Submissions must be received by 30 April 2013 so that they can be entered into the Research Management System and be included in SCU's annual HERDC submission to DiiSRTE.
