Dr Lyndon Brooks

Lyndon Dr Lyndon Brooks is located in the SCU Division of Research where he advises higher degree students and staff on research design and statistics.

He has published over 30 scientific papers in collaboration with researchers from a wide range of disciplines since completing his PhD in 1999. Lyndon has worked closely with the SCU Whale Research Centre in the past 5 years and has made a special study of capture-recapture analysis.

Lyndon spent a semester in 2008 at North Carolina State University working with Professor Ken Pollock on models for the analysis of the capture-recapture data collected by the Oceania Project in Hervey Bay from 1992 to the present.

He has collaborated in the whale research described below.

Fluke Matcher:
