Directors and Officers' Insurance

This cover protects any officer of the University against a claim for loss brought by a third party by reason of an alleged wrongful act; and, reimbursement of the University for protection given to the officer against whom a claim for loss has been brought by reason of an alleged wrongful act.

This protection is subject to certain terms, exclusions, conditions and limitations.
