Dianne Monnier is a published poet, writer and researcher.  She has a degree in English Literature and History and is completing a Graduate Diploma of Secondary Education at Southern Cross University. Dianne - affectionately known to her students as 'Ms M' - will be teaching English, SOSE and Religion at Marymount College in 2008.   She is the Gold Coast coordinator for 'Trees for Mum' - an annual tree-planting event for motherless sons and daughters.
