Forest Science
The School of Environment, Science and Engineering offers a four-year undergraduate forestry degree that was designed in consultation with a range of forestry stakeholders to meet a shortage of degree-qualified foresters. The course places an emphasis on field work and many trips to native and planted forest types. It includes studies in commercial wood production and sustainable resource management in subtropical and tropical regions, making our graduates in high demand within the industry.
The School also offers postgraduate study options in forest science and management.
