"The significant problems that we face today canot be solved at the same level of thinking that created them."
                                                             -- Albert Einstein

To move to a different level of thinking we need to find ... solutions outside the square.

This conference seeks to address questions or issues such as --

o    when and where are solutions outside the square required?

o     how do we create these solutions individually and with others?

o     how do we action these solutions to improve our lives, workplaces and
        communities?

o     how do we evaluation and learn from solutions outside the square?

Who should attend?

Practitioners, both experienced and new, who are interested in developing their own skills and expertise, to work with others, to facilitate better learning experiences which improve our workplaces, communities and the global community.

Applying the results of the conference

Participants will be invited to bring with them some project or issue to which they can apply what they learn.  Presenters will be invited to allow time in each session for participants to consider their project or issue.  There will also be some plenary time given to this.
