"Transforming organisational assumptions through process-oriented consultations in a diversity of organisations and with a diversity of organisational issues."

This workshop involves thirty minutes of input focussing upon the workshop leader's experiences in consulting and focussing upon his efforts at strategically and technically bringing about paradigm change. Participants will be taken through a process of highlighting organisational assumptions and contexts and consulting strategies for change.
