"Exploring human and relational paradigms, constructs and frameworks using sociodrama and concretisation."

This session will involve demonstrating how a sociodramatic process can increase understanding and inquiry of a "paradigm" or "construct". Peter will demonstrate this by using the learning framework of moving from Unconscious Incompetence through to Unconscious Competence in the Kolb Experiential Adult Learning Cycle.

He will then invite participants to explore paradigms or constructs that are of interest to them. The process involves enactment, inquiry, discussion, reflection and possible applications of the explored frameworks. The use of sociodramatic exploration methods will be reflected, discussed and considered for application.
