"Comfort outside the square -- Participant first evaluation"

This model has been developed for the National Property Management Planning program and is currently being applied to a dairy extension program. It is based on a practical application of Bennett's hierarchy and uses a constructivist and participative approach to program evaluation.

The model aims to assist individuals or groups at any level of a program (e.g. funding bodies, managers, field staff, farmers etc.) to formatively assess relevant aspects of their activities.

At the workshop we will guide you through the model as you evaluate your experience of the ALARPM conference. You will then have the opportunity to relate the model to your own issue.
