Iain Govan  --  The Learning Enterprise

Iain Govan works as an organisational change agent in conjunction with the Australian Quality Council. He has consulted to more than twenty private and public enterprises during the past three years.

Focus

How organisational self-assessment can provide a powerful model for initiating and sustaining enhanced effectiveness in organisations.

Process

Presentation of background information and then workshopping some of the processes I am presently using in this work.
