Employee participation contributes to successful business process reengineering

I would like to present and discuss two projects that I currently am participating in. As a part of my PhD study I follow two BPR projects in two Danish middle sized companies.  My objective is to introduce working environmental considerations in the reengineering process. To do that, I have tried to facilitate employee participation in what has been termed an experimentarium, inspired by action learning and informed by learning theorists like Argyris, Kolb, Lave and Schön.
