Participating in structural change within participatory action research environments

A reflection on the nature of structure, and a facilitated participatory construction of a joint change construct -- which can then be related into current working/learning environments. A summative evaluation framework may also be sketched out with methods of evaluation discussed -- in reference to the participating culture of change.
