The Southern Cross University Law Review is a refereed journal that aims to encourage rigorous debate on a range of legal issues.
The School of Law and Justice published the first edition in September 1997. It is an annual publication, but special editions are sometimes published outside of this cycle.

The editorial committee welcomes unsolicited manuscripts from students, academics and professionals on topical articles, book reviews, comments and case notes.
