Southern Cross University Law Review
The Southern Cross University Law Review is a refereed journal and an eligible output under ERA. It aims to encourage progressive thinking within the field of law by publishing scholarship from a variety of critical perspectives and research methodologies.
The School of Law and Justice published the first volume in September 1997. It is an annual publication, but special volumes are sometimes published outside of this cycle.
Dr Jennifer Nielsen is the Review's Managing Editor.

Subscribe to the SCU Law Review.
Contribute
The SCU Law Review welcomes unsolicited manuscripts from academics, postgraduate scholars, lawyers, and judges on topical articles, book reviews, comments and case notes. All articles must abide by the SCU Law Review editorial policy.
Calls for papers are generally opened in October of the year preceding publication, and close at the end of the following March.
