I congratulate the Editors, Editorial Committee, Business Managers and Faculty Advisers on another interesting and well-rounded volume of the Southern Cross University Law Review. Volume One received very positive feedback and set high expectations as to the quality of future volumes. The Law School is proud of the quality of this volume and the effort that the students involved have undertaken to make it a success. Finally, I would like to thank Professor Jim Jackson, who finished his tenure as Dean of Law at the end of 1997, for his excellent achievements in establishing the Law School and encouraging projects like the SCULR.
