| Studying Online
The School of Arts and Social Sciences
at Southern Cross University has long provided students with the
opportunity to study via print-based distance education. Now with
the online learning mode we are able to provide even more flexibility
to our post-graduate students. This flexibility includes opportunities
for staff and students to interact with each other and learn in
their own time from home or work.
Not only that, online learning provides students with instant access
to materials from journal databases and websites from around the
world. We are able to provide online delivery via the use of Blackboard
CouseInfo. This is a 'course management shell', which students access
via a web browser.

Why study online?
The online format allows students from around the
world to work together and learn from each other's perspective,
culture or experiences. This is a truly international
program and you don't have to leave home or to do it.
Alternatively you may be working abroard and can access
the materials and lecturers from wherever you may be
provided there is access to the internet.
