The Bachelor of Arts is a popular degree that is life-enhancing and provides numerous career opportunities and pathways.
The degree provides a framework in which to pursue specialisations such as writing, cultural studies, history, governance and society, media studies, art and design,and contemporary music. The course provides the freedom to pursue majors from the comprehensive range of study areas offered across the University including education, justice studies, psychology, organisational management, sustainability, and Indigenous studies. In addition to the command of their chosen disciplines, graduates develop cultural awareness, intellectual rigour, critical thinking and communication skills. The course has a strong emphasis on community engagement and all students will have the opportunity to undertake projects or placements with community organisations.
