Gold Coast and Tweed Heads – when referring to all locations in this region

  • Gold Coast campus (Southern Cross Drive, Coolangatta)
    • Tweed Heads locations: SCU Riverside, Brett Street, Tweed Heads
    • SCU Lakeside, Caloola Drive, Tweed Heads
  • Or, as a means of explanation: the University has a campus at the Gold Coast and teaching facilities at Tweed Heads
  • We do not refer to Tweed Heads as a campus

Use lower case 'c' for campus.

Use capital 'U' when referring to Southern Cross University, as in the University, e.g. The University has beautiful campuses.

Use lower case 'u' when referring to universities generally, e.g. Southern Cross University is one of a number of universities.
