Every year graduates are surveyed 6 months after completing their degree. This is called the Graduate Destination Survey. The survey is anonymous and graduates are asked many questions about their studies and their university.

If they are now working full-time they are asked what their starting salary was.

The Graduate Careers Council of Australia compiles this national data and produces an annual report.
