Student sanctions

Student Sanctions may be imposed for failure to pay, by the Due Date:

  • your tuition fees
  • library fines
  • student loan repayments
  • accommodation charges
  • field trips
  • or other invoiced amounts

To have the student sanction removed, you must pay all of your overdue fees and charges and advise the University that you have made the payment.

When you have paid overdue tuition fees, please contact Student Services and advise us of the following details so that we can remove the sanction.

  • Name
  • Student ID Number
  • Amount Paid
  • Date of Payment
  • Receipt Number

When you have paid any other type of overdue debt to the university, you will need to advise Finance Section on T 02 6620 3550 the following details in order to have the sanction removed.

  • Name
  • Student ID Number
  • Amount Paid
  • Date of Payment
  • Receipt Number
