All counselling services provided by University Counsellors are confidential. Unless required by law, or by duty of care to clients or others (the duty to protect and warn if there is a high risk of harm), Counsellors do not release information about clients unless clients specifically authorise this, preferably in writing.

All medical patient consultations and patient records are strictly confidential and we maintain record security.
